Judge stays CFTC case against US soldier over $400,000 prediction market trades

A New York judge granted a motion filed by US prosecutors in July to stay the CFTC’s civil case against Gannon Ken Van Dyke over prediction market trades that generated more than $400,000, according to Cointelegraph. The stay pauses civil enforcement while prosecutors pursue a separate matter.
