Boeing is transferring three of its subsidiaries to Archer Aviation in exchange for an equity position in the eVTOL startup, according to CNBC. The deal gives Boeing direct exposure to the electric vertical takeoff and landing sector while Archer gains Boeing’s operational assets and technical capabilities.
