Strategy Asks Shareholders to Approve Daily Dividend Accrual on Four Preferred Stocks
Strategy is seeking shareholder approval to switch its four U.S.-listed preferred stocks — STRF, STRC, STRK and STRD — to daily dividend accrual, according to The Block.
Under the proposal, dividends would accrue 365 days a year, covering weekends and holidays rather than accruing only on business days, according to Decrypt. Strategy has said the change is intended to dampen volatility in the securities, per Decrypt.
CoinDesk reported that the move is aimed at bringing STRC’s price back toward Strategy proposes daily dividends to bring STRC back toward $100.
STRF, STRC, STRK and STRD are preferred stock offerings Strategy has issued as part of its capital-raising alongside its bitcoin treasury strategy. The proposal requires shareholder sign-off before the daily accrual structure can take effect.

Each figure is this site’s own reading, with what it was measured against. A blank is a reading nobody took, not a zero. The before-the-headline window prints the rate a RANDOM hour clears the same bar, because a hit rate without its null is not a finding.
